Consent management platform (CMP) setup and integration
Whether you’re using OneTrust, Cookiebot, Termly, or another CMP, I connect it properly to your tag manager and analytics setup so consent signals actually reach your tracking — not just your cookie banner. A lot of sites have a CMP installed but never wired it into GTM correctly, which means it’s not doing its job.
Cookie audits
I review what your site is actually setting — first-party, third-party, tracking, functional — and map it against what your privacy policy claims. Mismatches here are one of the most common compliance gaps I find.

Tags fire (or don’t) based on the consent categories a user has actually agreed to, so nothing tracks before permission is given, and nothing breaks when it’s declined.
